Making Time to Exercise


There have been many things that have been running through my mind lately especially in regards to fitness.  Sometimes it just seems so difficult to find time to exercise.  However, when truly considered there should always be time for fitness as it is so vitally important.

People often find the most interesting reasons for not being able to exercise.  My personal excuse is that I do not have enough time in the day to sit down (or I suppose stand up) and exercise, there are just too many things going on.

However, I realize with proper the prioritizing of my schedule almost anything is possible, especially something so vital as exercising.  Therefore the most essential thing that can be remembered about making time to exercise is simply that it is a matter of making exercise a priority.  Once that has been established, certainly there is enough time in between classes, in the morning, or in at least one other setting during the day.

Mornings are a great time to exercise because not only is it a great way to get the blood flowing for the day, it simply starts the day off right, with a little exercise and a little effort.

Now there are some people who are super hardcore about this, but I’ll simply try my best.  Here’s to exercise!
